Our story
A school built on the belief that no child should be left behind.
Why we exist
Every child has the right to education.
Hassan Academy Special Education (HASE) was established over 30 years ago — starting as a small setup in Rawalpindi. Today it operates two branches, caring for over 120 children.
The conviction that drives it has never wavered: every child, regardless of ability, deserves equal opportunities to learn, grow, and lead a dignified life. We serve children with hearing impairment, Down syndrome, autism, intellectual challenges, and slow learning — as well as children from families who cannot afford private education.
"When everyone says you can't — determination says YES YOU CAN." — HASE

What guides us
Four principles. Kept every day.
Dignity first
Every child who comes through our doors is treated with complete respect — in the classroom, in the hostel, in the dining hall, and in how we speak about them publicly.
No child turned away
We have never refused a child admission on the basis of financial circumstances, disability type, or age. We do not intend to start.
Lifelong commitment
For children who have nowhere else to go when their families can no longer care for them, our commitment does not have an end date.
Teach the way they learn
Our President's guiding principle — "If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn" — shapes every classroom, every therapy session, and every plan we make.
