The lifelong-care promise

When parents are gone, we do not send the children away.

Most special schools in Pakistan close at three o'clock and send children home. Hassan Academy's hostel stays open around the clock — and for children whose parents have passed away or grown too old to care for them, it stays open for life. This is their home. As long as they need it.

Our programmes

Every child receives a complete support plan.

Hassan Academy is not just a school. It is a therapeutic and educational environment where teaching, therapy, and care work together every day.

ABA Therapy

Evidence-based behavioural therapy for children with autism and developmental challenges, delivered by trained staff in structured daily sessions.

Speech Therapy

On-staff Speech and Language Therapists working with children every day — not visiting consultants, not monthly sessions.

Occupational Therapy

Building real independence in fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.

Early Intervention

Structured daily support for children from age 2, with monthly Individualised Education Plans shared with families.

Academic Curriculum

Nursery to Class 8, built from the ground up for children with special needs — not adapted from a standard syllabus.

Computer & Digital Skills

A dedicated computer lab as part of every child's regular weekly timetable — building skills for adult life.

What we offer

A complete environment for learning and living.

Every service under one roof — because a child who needs support usually needs more than one kind.

Special Education

Special Education

A specially designed curriculum from Nursery to Class 8 — English medium through Class 5, Urdu medium from Class 5 onwards — built around how these children actually learn.

Speech Therapy

Speech Therapy

A qualified Speech and Language Therapist on staff, working with children daily on auditory training, speech development, language, sign language, and self-expression.

Computer Training

Computer Training

A well-established computer laboratory as part of the regular timetable — practical digital skills that open doors for life.

Vocational Training

Vocational Training

Tailoring, embroidery, knitting, cutting, drawing, and art — skills that build independence, confidence, and a livelihood.

24-Hour Hostel

24-Hour Hostel

A safe, warm, well-staffed home — three meals a day in the dining hall, separate living areas for boys and girls, and trained female mess staff who treat every child with dignity.

Co-Curricular Activities

Co-Curricular Activities

Sports, arts, outings, and celebrations are woven into every child's week — because a full life means more than a classroom. Our students have visited Fun City, attended events, and taken part in community initiatives.

Occupational Therapy

Independence, built skill by skill.

Our on-site Occupational Therapist works with children to build real independence — in the classroom, at home, and in life. OT sessions at Hassan Academy address six core development areas.

Fine Motor Development

Gripping, writing, buttoning, threading, and other precision hand and finger movements.

Gross Motor Coordination

Balance, posture, body awareness, and large-movement coordination.

Sensory Processing

Supporting children who are over- or under-responsive to sound, touch, light, or movement.

Daily Living Skills

Dressing, self-feeding, personal hygiene, and other practical self-care tasks.

Organizational Skills

Time management, following multi-step directions, and keeping a structured workspace.

Executive Functioning

Concentration, problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional regulation.

أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ هَكَذَا

I and the one who cares for an orphan will be together in Paradise, like this.

Come and see

You are warmly welcome to visit.

We believe the strongest thing we can offer any donor or prospective parent is an open door. Visit the campus, meet the children, see the hostel, and speak with the team. No appointment needed during school hours.

The brightness in the eyes and happiness on the faces of these children brightens up our lives and makes our work worthwhile. I was amazed to see their confidence and the way they were communicating — the love, warmth and tolerance they showed for visitors.
